Getting to know team Sophista-Phunk
Our team Sophista-Phunk is comprised of Francesca Caccavale, a senior in the Interior Design program, Valerie Luu, a junior in the BS/MS program for Interiors, and Sarah Martin who is also a junior in the BS/MS program for Interiors. Our design concept for 777 South Broad is "To expand a living space through the use of pattern and scale, while creating a fun and sophisticated environment."

Do all of the students know what the finishes will be in the unit you are designing? Carpet, Hardwood, Kichen & Bath Cabinets, Countertops, etc?
Do you know if you will need to provide a paint schedule for the painters to follow?
